Shipping Policy
​After receiving your order, we will process it as soon as possible. Since we work with an external supplier for the execution of the fulfillment, you can expect your garment at home within 3 to 5 working days.
​Returns and Exchanges Policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right, you can contact us via badfellanl@gmail.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

If your items are not completely to your liking, you can return them to us. The requirements for a return are that the clothing is not worn, not washed, no odors such as smoke, perfume and in the original condition as received. The clothing is checked to process it as a return. If you do not meet these requirements, we cannot process the return.
The refund will be made within 3 weeks after checking the items via IDEAL or a payment method that you have used.
